Reviews and Ratings
The hotel rooms are fairly in good shape, although they could use a few additional items to enhance comfort. The lack of coffee and tea facilities was a downside for me. The rooms are quiet and cozy, offering a pleasant stay. The service was very welcoming and accommodating overall, but there was some inconvenience with payment methods. The location was great for my needs, being near to pyramids and with clean and pleasant rooms. The dining experience was delightful with a good variety of options at a reasonable price. The facilities met my expectations and were well-maintained.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On the one hand, the staff was amazing, friendly, and incredibly helpful. However, the rooms were a bit dated and cold in the evenings. The location had its ups and downs, being near a golf course but lacking privacy. The dining options were okay, with some dishes being nice but others falling short. The facilities, while not perfect, were decent overall.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was great, near the pyramids, but it was too noisy due to children's swimming lessons. The rooms were decent, but the noise made it uncomfortable, forcing me to leave temporarily. The service was friendly overall, but there were some disturbances with loud voices and a security guard watching videos near the rooms at odd hours.
When I arrived, the rooms weren't clean at all, but they were in fairly good shape; just needed a few items to make them more comfortable. Despite the long wait with no crowd, I received a suit as a gift. The service, especially from Mr Yehia at reception and Miss Dina the Relation manager, was fantastic, although one morning receptionist named Aliaa lacked ethics and courtesy. The hotel was a bit out of control during the Eid vacation, but overall, the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was very good, perfect for nature lovers and those wanting to see friends, and it was near the pyramids. The dining experience was reasonable, although there were very few dishes at breakfast and no gluten-free options. The facilities were overall satisfactory.
Staying at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were a bit old despite requesting cleaning, and the surrounding garden was noisy with multiple parties on a Thursday evening. On the bright side, the service, particularly from the professional and respectful staff, was excellent.
